Why am I here?

When I graduated high school, I set out to build a safety net—gathering tools, skills, and knowledge that would not only support me, but eventually help others. I was drawn to marketing early on, but it took years of experience across different industries—medical, dental, chiropractic—to realize how I could use those tools in a way that truly aligned with my passions.

Today, I specialize in supporting creative entrepreneurs—especially holistic business owners—who are ready to bring long-held ideas to life. Whether you’re launching a course, refreshing your brand, or just need help getting organized behind the scenes, I’m here to help you make it happen.

In 2023, my life changed deeply when I lost my mother. That grief shifted everything—and in the process of healing, I found a new calling. I now hold space for others navigating loss through a monthly grief support group and a workbook I’ve written titled I Am Still Breathing – A Guide to Grief, launching soon. My goal is to offer tools, comfort, and connection to those who need it most, especially during life’s hardest moments.

Because of the loss I’ve endured, you’ll be met with a soft encouragement, intertwined with compassion and empathy.
